Thank you, Alice. Listened to this for 21 days to a month. I am no longer worried about his past crush who I had previously viewed as a 3p. Occassionally I remember her but I don't feel threatened at all. My perception of the situation has drastically changed because now I realize that she is not a 3p at all and I am sure this sleep track helped me with that. I realized what he felt for her in the past was just an obsession which was stemming from his desperation and insecurity, he might have been attracted but that's not love and when I think about my past crushes I do exactly relate with what he felt, it looks like we both struggled with self-worth issues. At present, he is in the space of love, so his feelings towards me is obviously greatly different than what he felt for her and same goes for me. I am mostly filled with loving thoughts and feelings for him and so I know that what I am experiencing is love. Here we both are practicing valuing and loving ourselves as we love each other. Thank you once again, Alice! :)

There are NO OBSTACLES, don't even acknowledge it because energy flows where thought goes, I've learned to type any sentence or any thoughts with a positive phrase always.. hope this helps as it really helped me get a marriage proposal last year after being in no contact with the SP at the time.
