Back in the '70s - '80s it was really hard, but everyone was out mingling and laughing it off, together. No matter how awful things were for you, you could find someone in the crowd even _worse_ off, and have someone to commiserate with. Talk to old people about life and, wow, all your problems melt away. I met two old people who were alive during the Civil War who came West through Indian country in covered wagons. Then we both looked up as a 747 flew overhead. Know'm sayin'?

Like a balm. I lost my three school age children March 2019 and I know yet and still others have had it worse. This musical energy makes me smile it helps me cry it soothes the brokenness. Reality just is! Please don’t stop sharing❤️💜💙

Get off the meds as fast as possible. I had the the same and healed with sport, training, and this kind of music. Every time I was about to become a panic attack and that was daily I did sit-ups or push-ups as many as I could. Started walking for miles. After a while, it became a habit. and now 1 year later I no longer suffer from panic attacks and anxiety. Meds only dig your hole dipper and then it will be impossible to get out again. Start slow step by step...Good luck!

I am not sure of the feelings that I get when I listen to the talent coming from Mr Marten but I think the feelings are coming from pure love. This is why I listen to Mr. Marten and his guests play there music, to feel of the love they are putting out in the world. Ich kenne dich ja schon seit einigen Jahren, Malte, und du wirst einfach immer besser. Finde deine Videos einfach wundervoll!
