Originally, I planned to meditate for 20 minutes, but my timer didn't go off, so I continued for an additional 20 minutes without even realizing it. I slowly emerged from the meditation, feeling much calmer and noticing that my thinking had become much clear
I only focus on my breathing and nothing else. Sometimes, my mind wanders in different directions, but I gently bring it back to focus on my breathing.
