As someone with a casual / layman's interest in various philosophies, I read some of the writings from the book Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. I share my take and perspective (yours may differ) on some of them in a calm, soft-spoken manner to help people relax, sleep and possibly experience ASMR.

What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It's a non-scientific word that an everyday person came up with to describe the feeling characterized as a pleasurable tingling sensation felt in the head, scalp, back and other regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli, such as crinkling bags, hand movements, whispering, personal attention or watching someone perform a task. It's like goosebumps but much more pleasant and without the uncomfortable chills.
ASMR videos are meant to intentionally induce this sensation in the viewer, often referred to as "tingles", but the videos also serve to provide a relaxing, calming and soothing experience for the viewer. Many people who do not experience ASMR still enjoy the videos for their calming and sleepy effect.

You’re not alone ER, more people are focused on the human condition and general existence over higher existence nowadays than ever before. There’s a very clear difference between atheists and people who are following life and just happen to not believe in god, the main difference in my perspective is that people like yourself don’t not believe in god, they’re open to it being a possibility but are focused on life instead of religion. It’s important for people like that to develop and maintain their own philosophy, as a good philosophy is the basis of a good person. Keep up the casual research, and an open mindset.

When he mentioned self discovery it made me think about the different paths in this world. Like how many paths there are too take. When I went down my path I struggled with religion. I found it hard to believe in God. Yet after about 2 years of study and just I guess thinking I decided that I believe in God that I would put my faith and my life there. But I've also realized over time that some people do what I did and decide not to believe in God and I think that's interesting. I find it fascinating that each and every one of us can go down a set path or say screw it and make a new one. To anybody that reads this I want you too know that you can make your own path, yeah that sounds cringy but it's true. Every religion, belief, idea, law, everything was made by people deciding to make their own path. You can do that too. Well have a good day everybody

This is something I've been curious about for a while. I saw a dude reading a book on Twitch a few days back: he simply had the book on the table, flat, with a camera down, and read aloud, while then occasionally commenting and discussing with the few viewers. It was very fascinating. I think you could give this a try: allowing for a conversation between you and the viewers with philosophy I think would enhance the experience.

Ok.. Mr. Rift, I feel very connected to you. I think and perceive things actually as you are describing through the video. Some of the people ive met at school marvel at the fact of my philosophical and psychological knowledge, but for me it all just seemed so simple. Its very weird tho to think that someone i have never met in person actually perceives life, religion, spirituality, reality, and the mind very similarly. Thank you for being you, Mr. Rift. Apologies, I dont know your name. My name is Caleb, in case you were curious. If you haven't already, you should do a video of Carl Jung's beliefs of the "Shadow." VERY interesting stuff.

This was both mentally stimulating and relaxing. Rift would probably find the writings of Georg Hegel equally interesting.
