Yes and why does this channel heart this comment without answering the question as to why they call it that? It's enough to just call it 432 and 528, I guess the word alpha must be some type of calling card to make people click on it like people refer to pink red and brown noise as white noise as if all calming noise is conflated as being 'white'.
