Laura a half hour to 45 minutes is good time to cook the Octopus, I seen Octopus on the menu one day and when I ordered it and the waiter said Sir the Octopus takes 4 hours to cook, , I said 4 hours why so long, he said we cook them alive on top of the stove, and they keep shutting off the Gas 😊😁😃 Thanks for the Great recipe.
