Medovik ili medena torta se može spremati i sa domaćim i sa kupovnim korama. I sami predpostavljate da je domaća verzija jedina originalna i neuporedivo ukusnija od svih drugih.
Što se tiče same pripreme nije toliko teška, osim razvijanja tolikog broja kora. Ali vjerujte i to brzo ide.
Fil je toliko prost a ukusan. Jednostavno fantastičan spoj meda i kiselog vrhnja.
Kore se kratko peku, oko 4-5 minuta na 200 stepeni, na papiru za pečenje, prevrnuti dio tepsije. U početku izgledaju kao biskvit, suho i tvrdo. Ali se u spoju sa kremom kore pretvaraju u jednu predivnu mekanu delikatesu.
Sastojci:
KORE:
- 3 jaja
- 800-850 gr brašna Postepeno dodajite
- 200 gr šećera
- 3 kašike meda
- 2 male kašičice sode bikarbone
- 200 gr putera
Krema:
- 1,5 kg kiselog vrhnja 30% mm
- 200 gr šećera u prahu
- 2 vanilin šećera
