3 жыл бұрынHi friends! Today was a VERY special day for Meeka the talking Siberian Husky! 💗 Meeka learned how to SWIM in the OCEAN! We went to Honeymoon Island Dog Beach for the first time! It was amazing! All of her dog friends knew how to swim already, so it was time for Meeka to learn too! Meeka even got to play in the water with other dogs today!
We always thought Meeka was afraid of water until today we decided it was time to get over her fear! 😍 We thought we had to teach our dog how to swim, but instead Meeka was so amazing and taught herself! Guess that’s why they call it the “doggie paddle” ! 🤣💕✊

Seeing them helps, especially when I have a bad day or I'm not feeling well (which is basically any day that end in Y). ❤ Love our dogs but I see and spoil them every day. ❤

It's so rewarding to be part of a dog's joy. She adapted so very well. The woman & dog have the same mum. They both use high-pitched voices that go on & on. Go-a, Meeka, swim-a, hav-a fun-a.

As soon as she realized that not only was mommy and daddy okay in the water and that it was COLD, it was a done deal 😍😍😂😂😂 { It was the same with my two malamutes, and as you know at over 280 pounds each LOL they stood in the deep hahaha, and the digging, great use of energy hahahah love it.

Um.. friend I hope that is an exaggeration as if you have a malamute that is 280 pounds they are life threateningly obese. The average weight for a malamute is between 70 to 100 pounds.

HOW is she afraid of the water?!?! Our husky was swimming at 4 months old! He's a Siberian Dolphin! Lol...we have had trouble since summer #2 because he figured out how to jump the pool wall (it's 45"!). When he can't be in the big pool, he'll drag his wading pool to the hose end, wherever it is and yell at us to fill it😂 I've never seen a husky that didn't only know how to, but LOVE TO swim! Lol
