Hi everyone.
Mach here.
For this vlog, I have decided to give a rundown of the differences that I have seen between #HesIntoHer 's book and tv adaptation.
#HIH is a story written by Maxinejiji on wattpad. Last May 2021, ABS-CBN has aired its tv adaptation of the series starring #DonnyPangilinan and #BelleMariano .
As of writing, I haven't finished the wattpad story yet - still in the middle of season 2. Hopefully I can finish the whole series and make a vlog about it.

I still think that it would be more cooler and interesting to watch if the TV adaptation is the same as the book series.

I think medyo impossible na maging super true to the books pero ngayong I’m almost done sa book 3, sana man lang at least yung personality and family background ni Max ang naretain (kahit na hindi sila from Korea, pwede naman local version, lol)

@@MachTopss what you commented is also what I thought there's a lot of options to choose from on how to make it similar to the book but they completely change a lot of things. I really want to see the siblings of Pein especially Maxwell and then Chairman Moon as well. Lmao! I think they focused more on how to shine the new LT main cast but I have no problem with that since I can see improvements when it comes to Donny's acting skills and Belle is a great actress as well. Although, I like that there's not too much tragedy in tv series because I felt a lot of things when I read the book which is frustration, anger, sadness, and happiness.

Pinaka unique na nabasa ko eh yang HIH and MOON. actually episode one palang po ako sa HIH noon tinigil ko na dahil sa una palang napaisip na ako. Bakit iba? Nung panahong iyon ay diko pa tapos basahin ang HIH kaya kako mas magandang itigil ko naanood dahil masisira lang yung imahinasyon ko sa binabasa ko pero never akong nagalit Basta silent nalang ako.

matagal ko ng natapos yung HIH pero nireread ko sya if gusto ulit basahin nung nalaman ko na may TV Adaptation tapos nakita ko yung names, cast at trailer sinabi ko tlga sa sarili ko na hanggang trailer lang ako. If ikaw yung tipo ng tao na Fan nung mga characters or more on nanonood tlga ng TV, magugustuhan mo tlga yung new plot. Pero kung nauna mo basahin sa libro madidissapoint ka lng, kaya diko sya pinanood kasi ayon nga. If ayaw mabago yung nabasa sa libro mas better na wag panoorin para di mag expect. Madami rn kasi tlga nabago kasi bawal plagiarism pero para kasing nabago tlga lahat as in parang pangalan nalang yung na adopt sa libro kaya diko tlga pinanood haha. nag stick nlng ako sa libro

Parang yung name na lang po nila yung kinuha sa adaptation dahil lahat malayo sa book :(

totoo :( siguro if you’ll watch it without reading the books maganda talaga pero if you’re watching it as an avid fan of the books, disappointing nga siguro

Parang naki hype lang ung ABS pero anlayo talaga. Same with she's dating the gangster iniba din nla ung story.

@@bubbleprison3293 which makes me curious po, like how much did the show change the original story? I have not read the book yet pero when i first watched the show I couldn't help but notice the plot of the show is using the same elements/tropes of your typical pinoy serye but on a Gen Z level lang 😅 medyo na cornyhan ako kasi sa dialogues at sa ibang scenes ng show. Or is the plot supposed to be that way talaga???

Masyadong maraming binago buti sa kung a little changes lang ehh. Kung sa iba maganda adaptation pero yung mga nakabasa na ng book mas maangas pa ang nasa book kesa sa adaptation

Mas nauna ko mapanood ung sa TV bago wattpad. Mas maangas talaga sa book compared sa adaptation. Same with she's dating the gangster parang naki hype lang hayy. Pero I like donny sa pag ganap as Deib ng onte hahaha

Sa wattpad sobrang ganda, nakailang reread na ko. Haha tatapusin ko lang ung love without boundaries tapos uulitin ko ung HIH for the 3rd time.

For me diko po talaga bet yang adaptation. Literal na wala ng connect sa libro, ang nakakatawa parang nagpalit pa sila ng personality ni deib, tas si maxpein ang iyakin. Yung story parang nawalan Talaga ng thrill, naging highschool lovestory nalang siya na May love triangle, family problems, and so on. In short, nawalan ng saysay yung pagiging "HER" 🙃 And the feeling that it's funny not because of its funny scenes, but because how their show turns out

Gets ko yung feeling coming from someone who is a fan of the books. I watched the series first before reading the books and that time, ok yung drama for me. Hindi siya “deep” pero they were able to produce something na maganda na din naman. Though after reading the books, sobrang dami kong what ifs, and agree nga ako na more on names na lang yung nakuha 🥲 Sayang kasi sobrang ganda talaga nung books - kung sinunod nila, andaming kaabang-abang na eksena (tho I think yung Moon part is something na impossible maipakita)

Kaya po ako napunta sa vlog kase po i have so many questions about this. Medyo matagal na din po nung nilabas yung tv series and hindi ko napanood pero napapanood ko po yung mga clips nila. In my mind bakit parang iba ata yung nabasa ko HIH 🤣🤣. Thank you the answer😊😊 Question ko lang po sa TV Series po ba may sakit po ba si Melissa?

yes! actually their story is still continuing kasi nababanggit pa rin sila sa story nung other characters :) and pati na din sa story nung magiging anak nila :)
