Boosted in energy, width and drive - in that classic emphatic way that Joris has made his signature over the years - but maintaining the emotion, sentiment and delicate tone of Celine Cairo's beautiful vocal, it flips perspective on Mees's original while paying full respect to soul and meaningfulness, taking it from a mid-set breather and moment of reflection to a peaktime flash of euphoria and positivity.
Just in time for Miami and the start of festival season, Joris's remix follows Mees's remix of Voorn's own 'Ryo' released two years ago. We hope this complementary reboot relationship continues to blossom in the future.
