Watch the 15 minute short on this guy from Zagat. It is from 2017. Dude's pit and kitchen are on point now. I'm happy he is doing so well. I hope he continues and makes his millions. Still the humble dude. He's humble because he is doing what he loves.

Restaurants fail predominantly because they lack a great product. Others due to quality. But if you have a great product that no one else has people put up with a lot to get it.

Every time I go to Atlanta I try to get this BBQ it's probably the best I've ever had. However last year when I went, I learned that the actual restaurant on this video had burned down. But he had reopened in a Huge Grocery Story. I'm hoping when I get there in a couple of days the old restaurant has re-opened. I simply loved the feel, and smells of the Original restaurant. Regardless, I'll be visiting for some more BBQ ribs.

Restaurants usually fail due to quality issues. Those issues typically come from lazy owners who don't want to trouble themselves with the small details of their business

I think it’s like the 2nd largest metropolitan area in the south, but the city proper is very small in comparison.

@@Djsmartguy , Thank you, I also forgot to mention that black people created Barbecue before the 1600's. The original indigenous Natives Indians of America's were black people, who traveled from India to the Americas, Canada CANADA, Carribeans and These United States, with cooking on the fire. If ANYONE wants to know, and their own history research, will find out the Indians were Dark complexions people.
