In 2020, Ashish Yerekar IAS was District Project officer ( aadivasi prakalp adhikari), Dr Abhay Bang got 5 crore rupees from Maharashtra government, to control problem of tobacco addiction in Gadchiroli district, so called Mukatipath abhiyan. They should told, how they spent this much money .

They not provide paper mentioning history, complaints, diagnosis, treatment received by patient to patient coming to their OPD. I asked them reason behind this, they told, they has to keep this for record. When this patient went to another hospital, they don't have any old paper and it is very difficult to found which medicine they took.
