Julia Lee but changing the color doesn’t really damage hair unless it’s bleaching. I think he just uses a color depositing hair dye. I also change my hair color every month only the bleaching part is bad but the actually colors like pink purple red and other colors they have done doesn’t really affect there’re hair.
