As someone wit a lot, and i mean a LOT of ocs, listening to someone ramble about their kids is so fun! I'm honestly feeling really inspired at the moment! I also had a lot of ocs based around specific fandoms, and i think the idea of taking them away from that "base" world is a really nice idea, specially because it allows you to create a new world full of ideas and it's honestly relly fun! (Her quirk is really cool btw) I honestly can't wait to hear more about your ocs in general! I also want to develop more my own kids now! Sorry for the rant i just get really happy when people like,,talk abotr ocs because it's really cool to listen to others being excited about their own ideas!

While I do enjoy the OC overal I feel as if the quirk is a tad bit overpowered and I noticed that’s a very easy thing to do. With this specific ability what I would do to balance it out more is make it so she has to make contact with the person to turn them into blood. Cut the looking at them thing out completely. Otherwise you’ve got a character who could walk into a fight look at a person and it would be over. Obviously it’s your OC and if you want her to be op by any means that’s your decision but if you want a balanced OC that would fit in canon I would full down the quirk a little bit
