The best tip I have for house training: hang a little bell on the door and ring it every time you let them outside, eventually the puppies will ring the bells themselves when they need to go out! my goldens are ages 3 years and 9 months and they still ring the bell every time they need to go out! It’s amazing how easy it makes house training

I like the names Shadow and Shiloh for the puppies. Shiloh for the one that’s more hyper. Shadow for the one that’s more calm.

Those names are cute. Shiloh for a dog is more cuter than Raven. My dads dachshunds are named Raven and Shadow, my mom kept both until she passed away then I kept them for awhile and gave them to my sister. My dad passed away so now my brother has them.

Not saying you can’t buy a dog but here are so many puppies in shelters that need homes too that are as perfect as a puppy that you would buy from a store or a person that over breeds dogs

Alisa Roberts I agree. Maybe they knew the breeder or something. It’s their family and their dogs they can get whatever they want. If I was going to get a dog I would adopt :)

Yeah I don’t agree of buying from a breeder. I have always believed in don’t shop adopt. Because breeders will force dogs to breed over and over again. So paying people that force two dogs to do it over and over is very sad and don’t deserve the money.

@@brid453 in a few years they will eventually give responcible breeders licences to breed and sell puppies. I personally would adopt a dog but id rather buy my ownnpuppy as experience as some shelters dont let sime people adopt a dog if they havent had much exleriwnce with certain dogs/breeds/ temperments

I remember getting a boxer puppy a few years back and I got to pick him at the breeders house. He was very attached to me and quiet. We picked him brought him home & names him Kaiser. We then took him to the vets and it turned out he was very sick & he was deaf. My parents decided that they couldn’t look after him so they returned him to the breeders and found another breeder where kaiser 2.0 was found, my dad went to collect him and he was more energetic and playful. I admit it was a shock to me as you could tell they were different due to a brown patch on his eye. After awhile I got to love him & I will never for get the last moments I was with the first puppy. I’ve had many dogs since then and Im really happy for you and excited for your new puppy journey. They are So cute & will grow before your eyes 💗

Aw Golden retrievers. One of my favorite breeds and also my first dog ever was a Golden named Brandi. I didn't know her as a puppy though since she was already 3 when I was born.

Hey Candy, put a blanket over the cage half way. It will make them more secure and cozier. k.... Also put in a big stuffed animal that they can cuddle with. That gives them even more security. I hope ya'll try it. This is Juliekaye from Texas. Congrats on the beautiful puppies.

I have 12 dogs... I wish I had 3. Ended up rescuing a bunch from the streets so at the end I don’t regret it and I see the love they have for me and my mom. I wouldn’t give it up for anything.

We got a miniature golden doodle last July and I absolutely love him ❤️ He's 10 months old now, and I am still so in love with him, even when he's jumping up on the counter and eating the legs of the table 🙄 It's so hard to be mad at them when they're that cute!

I have a golden Cooper. He is almost 3. Hang on during the puppy stage, they are all teeth for a while. You just can’t beat the disposition of the golden. The sweetest...the best!

I have had two golden retrievers and these are some of the easiest dogs i have had. They do have a lot of energy but they are so easy to train. I love this breed.

All I have to say is OMG!! I’m sooo happy for you guys! I love golden retrievers so much and I’ve had at least one throughout my entire life and I’m 16 now. Right now I have a 6 year old boy named Jake and a 1 year old girl named Luna. They are the sweetest dogs EVER!!! I screamed when I saw this video come up!!!

You could put both of them in the laundry room in crates however play radio so they think someone is in the room. It always worked on my pup. They are so cute CONGRATS

I’ve only had Golden’s all my life and I love them! They are a great family dog and so loving and so cute as puppies. They also life for a pretty long time, which is a great thing. Hope y’all love them too!💞

So cute guys. It will take a little time for your other pups to get used to the new addition to the family. I can’t remember which one of the pups has her own bed in your room but it was cute when you told her time for bed. She stood outside the door looking at you like “No we have to take them back home first, they’re not staying mom!!!!”

So cute!! From someone who got a golden puppy last year, I wanna give you some advice. They’re 110% people dogs, always need to be around someone, NO personal space, when they grow, they don’t realize they’re 100lbs and think they can still sit on your lap. They LOVE to retrieve (obviously) but no joke. Ours will play fetch with anything for HOURS! Mine LOVES to sleep, will snoozle for 12+ hours (almost always upside down) but he still LOVES to play. And HATES when I give my attention to the cat or another dog, has to be 100% about him ALL the time!! I’ve found this is pretty similar with most Golden’s, good luck! I couldn’t imagine having two of them!

Also, I HIGHLY recommend getting larger cages from chewy, it’s so much cheaper than a pet store. My golden sleeps in his crate at night and LOVES it. It’s his safe place, it’s the size of our bed however it has to fit a giant doggo lol

So cute! We recently got a miniature schnauzer puppy and she is so amazing! We began teaching her tricks from day one and we have only had her for a week and a half and she already knows how to sit, turn, lay, and how to shake! I’m so excited to see the new puppy videos!! Love you guys!

when goldens are young, it’s actually a perfect time to get them fabric and cloth toys. and we got small nyla bones and small kong’s when ours were puppies

I could literally not be more excited for you guys! Puppies are a blessing. I can’t wait to see them swim in the pool and run around in the summertime! Golden retrievers are the sweetest dogs ever. The fact that Ken wanted two made me laugh I remember one time you liked a dog (a chihuahua I think) and he told you he would divorce you if you got him lmao

We have a one year old golden retriever and she is the best!! If you want to crate train them try putting a blanket over the crate that helped our Golden not to wine so much ❤️❤️

i'm so glad i'm not the only family who goes for a dog and comes home with more than one haha! Last year we went for one male rottweiler and came home with the male and 3 other girls! Then one had puppies and we kept 4! I guess it's in the miichigander genes!

That big one is going to be a big dog! Golden’s are the best! Golden retrievers go through a horrible teething phase thy will destroy tons of stuff! It seems like it’ll never end, but it will I promise! Good luck! Candies you are a trooper to get up through the night with them. Growing up we had to get up with our pets through the night our parents wanted nothing to do with that part of having pets! And fun fact I’m a twin!!

Congrats on the puppies!! So exciting!! And you picked a GREAT breed! I’ve raised golden retrievers for 15 years. :) Golden Retrievers are so loyal and SO SMART!! Put in a little work to train them tricks now, and it will go a long way. They pick up soo fast! Also, they will be big dogs and need lots of exercise!! Get them in a habit of going on a walk a day, and it will really help immensely on their energy level. Big dogs can become uncontrollable, especially during their teenage years(9-12 months) and a walk or some form of long exercise will help so much!! It will also be great for your weight loss goals. :) I know you didn’t ask for my opinion as you are experience dog owners, but I work in the veterinary field and have experience with Golden’s so I felt the need to give some friendly advice. :) enjoy the pups!

You guys made such a good choice I have had Two golden retrievers my whole life one died about five years ago and the other one is almost turning 4 and there are the love of my life and don’t worry their personalities are going to stay the same but also you gonna find out more things about them!!!!

I think Andrew will warm up to the new puppies over time. Tori just passed like 2 months ago. I know for me personally I need around 6 months after loosing a dog before getting another one.

We put a towel or blanket over my dogs crate when he was a puppy and it seemed to help with whimpering during the night.

We just got two golden’s in november. It’s a lot of work but it’s so worth it in the end. They really are your best friends.

Love Golden’s. I watch my bfs parents Golden when they go out of town. He’s 9 years old and just as hyper as those puppies, haha. He also carries his own leash back inside after a walk.

i recently lost my golden in october but we now have a new puppy another golden some tips is that this dog loves to play and needs lots of attention and if you want the dog to favor you then hold him and speak in a soft voice frequently and another tip... no toy is usually life long for a golden their teeth get strong really fast... but they are SO CUTE 😍

A helpful hint for the new pups I just got a new one a year back and for our dog, we put a little bit of cottage cheese in the puppy's food for a healthier coat.

When we got our Border Collie named Tug he wined all the way home too when we picked him up. But there was only three puppies, from the batch he was from. It was a 2 hour drive home as well. Along with a thunder storm to outside and night.

I have a golden retriever and we got him and when he was 2 And he is seven now and he still acts like a puppy they say when Get older some I’m still a puppy. Golden retrievers are going to want to play a lot

I have a golden retriever and she is just the cutest! She is obsessed with stuffed animals and carries them in her mouth all the time like they are her puppies 😂😂

If you get a sock or pillow case and put a massager that vibrates in it, it will help comfort them to remind them of their mommy ❤️

My friends dog loves playing frisbee... He brings to you & wants you to throw it.. Its so cute.. He picks it up & brings it back...
