Wow, I remember this guy back in St. Lawrence Citizen's high . This guy read the news like a proper professional even then during assemblies. He was always very smart throughout the day even when most guys were busy trying to look cool wearing our trousers below the ass lol. Good to see him following his dreams.

These veteran journalists including the likes of Owana, Tamale Mirundi were very smart people. who can place a topic or an article with a hidden meaning. Now when I see this, the hidden topic could be "How Bisekezi turned into Ssenyonyi?". This comes when the guy is standing for an MP. I do vividly remember Joel at UBC but I have also heard he had to leave because he felt he was not appreciated at UBC him being FDC..don't know how true that is though...

PEOPLE DON'T HAVE LIMITED NUMBER OF NAMES. ONE CAN HAVE AS MANY NAMES AS THEY WISH AS LONG AS THEY APPEAR ON YR BIRTH CERTIFICATE. YOU MAY ONLY BE known BY ONE SIR NAME , BUT INFACT WHEN you HAVE 5. SO yu CAN CHOOSE TO be CALLED ONE OF THEM , AFTER yu can CHANGE TO ANOTHER ONE , AS LONG AS Yr BIRTH CERTIFICATE BARES THEM . The truth i that I have more trouble with opinions of some subscribers than with any dictator in Africa. I will repeat tat at OwanaPaedia, I am behind myself and in-front of myself too, which is impossible or those used to god-fathers. An let me repeat my position on whether President Kagame killed Gen Rwigyema. If Kagame did it, he did it from the USA, 13,000km away from Rwanda and while attending a military course. Ndugu Williams Tumusiime, I (Owana) have not grasped what you mean by "irrelevance" and "lack of substance" in reference to the Senyonyi clip but I assume you mean he is a subject not worth addressing at OwanaPaedia. Permit me to give you some recent history. I am the "inventor" of the popular NBS show 'Barometer' which we began in 2009 and in 2010 I hosted two young men whose presence on the program attracted a lot of disapproval and disdain. One was named Paulo Luttamaguzi, the other Muhammad Segirinya. Even their attire and general presentation supported the viewer reaction above. I however warned viewers that although these two fellows were truly not the 'Barometer' class, the habit among "worthy" Baganda politicians of leaving politics to "whom it may concern" would give room to "unworthy" leaders.That was only ten years ago. Today, Paulo Luttamaguzi is officially styled "Hon Luttamaguzi Semakula Kasana Paulson, DP MP, Nakaseke South" and he is Shadow Minister for Lands, Housing & Urban Development in the Parliament of the Republic of Uganda. Segirinya Muhammad, better known as 'Eddoboozi ly'e Kyebando' is "Kampala City Lord Councilor, Hajji Segirinya Muhammad". Recently he nearly became Speaker of Uganda's capital city and a few years earlier he nearly became an MP. OwanaPaedia knows that the title 'Lord Councillor' does not legally exist but that is only for the record. I may not have understood you on the matter. Can you throw more light so that we correct the correctable? Thanks for being here.
