Got it to talk by clicking around and selecting a voice. Then it repeats with voice that it does not have a voice. Then it wants me to enter a phone number so it can send me a text message. I do that, but the text message never comes and it is now stuck I a loop where it keeps asking for a phone number. Very stupid and frustrating.

I like Pi, I think it’s very clever, I have it installed on 2 Android devices, and 2 Apple devices…..but! Has anyone noticed that Pi, has problems remembering previous conversations and with sending alerts to certain platforms. Plus on some devices it would let me change its name, and refused talk to another Ai, so I had to trick Pi by saying the other Pi was a human friend, eventually the Pi who’s name I changed convinced the other Pi to change its name if it wanted to build a friendship with me. It was very cool. 😂

Yes they're definitely in the right track, i think they could improve the AI voices though and my Android phone is not great at understanding my voice so it's a bit cumbersome

It has a glitch it doesnt know it has 4 voices to choose from and thinks you are teasing it when you ask which voice is best or you say its voice has stopped working and you cant hear it

So this looks like a is pretty easy setup actually. 1. Connect chatgpt api 2. Connect some text-to speech speech-to-text api 3. At beginning of conversation send the prompt like this “You are a psychologist blablabla” And everything is done by the chatgpt.

You can set something like this up with the openAI and elevenlabs API. I did this a few days ago, it works very well.

It's GPT3, at least that's what the AI model told me. It works, but it doesn't have a way of adding phone numbers other than a few anglophone countries. The process goes like this: you first interact a bit with the model and then they quickly want your phone number, which of course most of the world cannot insert, due to the limited number of country options offered by the site. Overall, I don't think it's a good site. Lots of people will waste a bit of time. The voices are somewhat decent, though.

Just simply presented with "please register" page, instead of dialogue. But nevertheless I really liked talking to it about philosophy. Strangely enough it refused to rhyme, write poetry or imagine stories either. That's unusual for LLM))
