This Republic Day, under the leadership of Captain Sandhya Mahla, women soldiers from all three services, for the first time, came together to march as one contingent on Kartavya Path. In an interview with THE WEEK, her first to a media house, the 26-year-old talks about the lead-up to that historic feat, her journey in the Army and how gender does not define leadership.
