Seriously man!!!! And to add to the coincidence, i watched it just after I watched parasite!! It's been days now, but i can't get my mind off from this show!!! It has planted deep roots in my subconscious now. I feel as if I can't watch a normal drama or series now!! It has to be somewhat near extracurricular. Can u suggest some other good k-dramas in the dark genre?

Kim Donghee just keeps nailing one extraordinary role after another. The guy is so frickin versatile and talented. If he keeps up this momentum, he will become one of the best, if not the best, actors amongst his contemporaries.

The entire show was crazy, everyone was crazy, and if this is gonna get season 2 i am surely gonna watch it....now kim donghee,,when will you get a usual college student or high school romcom role sgshsjs this guy really went from being a rich, annoying soft boi and a son of a crazy guy with an inferiority complex and an heir of a big company seeking approval of himself to (finally) a poor but desperate student!! All the roles he played just want to succeed in life and three just wanted to go to the top universities. I love kim donghee’s acting like for a very young actor he has shown so much versatility and flexibility in all his roles. Now, donghee get a lead role in a typical romcom drama...let’s see if u can also pull that off 🥳

@@ochirhuu11a6 ah i'm not sure myself [also for the ones that didn't watch the end don't read] but i think that first Minhee is still alive, kinda obvious lol also i do think that with the very last scene... Oji and Gyuri escaped because when the inspector arrived in front of the stairs, she took a 1st look and they weren't here but when she looked again, they were. so i think that she just "imagined" them being here before they escaped well there's just so many possibilities but my main question would be "where did Kitae go ?" because when she entered the appartment, he wasn't here ? but her coming might have happened more than 30mins after the whole fight or even a whole hour, enough for Oji and Gyuri to escape while Kitae was knocked out and for him to go idk where. so in short ; our dear duo escaped, Minhee is in the hospital, Kitae is just somewhere and the inspector understood who's the real culprit, the perfect looking student. ah i may not have been clear in my words but i'm not sure myself and it's a bit hard to express myself in english since i'm french so sorry if you didn't understand !

KIM DONGHEE STANS WHERE Y’ALL AT???? i’ve been watching his growth from a-teen until now, he makes me so proud :”) he definitely proved that his acting skill is not just a mediocre acting through this drama. his character in this is so challenging, he needs to potray those dark, deep emotions as much as possible. and he did that perfectly! the acting is perfectly executed by him and i’m so happy he’s gaining a lot of attention, let’s keep on supporting his future works from now on 🥰🥰

와. 지금 나온 작품이 하나도 빠짐없이 미친 작품들임 에이틴: 웹드라마 중에선 탑급 스카이케슬: 우리나라 교육의 현실을 보여주는 인기 많은 드라마. 거의 수작 취급을 받음 이태원 클라스: 청춘의 복수극, 마찬가지로 인기 많았음. 후반은 별로라는 사람이 많지만 초반엔 몰입감 엄청났음 인간수업: 개인적인 의견이지만 내가 본 우리나라 시리즈물 중에서 이게 탑임. 김동희 나오는 작품은 무조건 봐야함.

Kim Dong hee not being able to make eye contact with Park Joo Hyun whenever she talks even if its not with him😂. I feel like they have a great chemistry on and off-set . Also , PJH pointing out KDH for talking down to her when she is a lot older than them makes it a lot more cute . I just finished watching this and it was really awesome . All the other actors did a really good job . This drama was really my style . Waiting for season 2 🤞

if any of these actors made you feel irritated with their character in the drama... best believe, they portrayed their characters REALLY well. also, i really prefer dramas with rookie actors than to watch a drama where idols are shoved into.. Its so fun to watch these videos bc they’re all so normal compared to their characters. They’re very talented actors and holy shit the drama was so wild. I really liked the darker side that would only be possible in a Netflix context. They need to make more shows like this, I like that it was 10 episodes too it doesn’t run on for too long. Also Park Joohyun and Kim Donghee deserve awards for their performance. They’re Probably the best in their age range range right now .

Funny that Da Bin is the maknae of this group when actually she's the sunbae in the acting field. Anyway, extracurricular is so damn good. I like it because unlike other teen drama, this series chose to take on the darker truth of the teenagers in nowadays society. The ending left us hanging but it was pretty satisfying for me. If they decide to not make a sequel, I'm okay with it.

Jisoo, Gyuri, Minhee, Ki Tae, they are all broken in someways which led to their bad decisions making. However, their backgrounds or their mental states doesn’t give them the right to do those crimes or erase all their mistakes. Personally, I feel like all the characters have something that make them unlikable and maybe that’s the point. Like how people are not just black and white, we are in the gray area sometimes.🤷♀️ just my opinion about the characters of this series. Anyone who haven’t watched or finished the drama should give it a(nother) try and feel free to make your own opinion.

The whole premise of the show in my opinion is to showcase that this world wouldn't have it's balance if humans weren't so flawed. even when bae gyuri was putting her life on the line for Oh jisoo through all of it, jisoo never understood why she did, even when Minhee used unconventional ways to get money for Kitae and he just used her but realized in the end that he did indeed like her a lot, it just goes to show that even when you've been slapped in the face with the truth, you will still have your flaws and won't be able to comprehend reality because you're stubborn. Thus, the balance of all good and evil that people are

I was surprised when I saw Dabin acting as Minhee because I still see her as the ice cream girl from the commercials over a decade ago, and I was just rewatching ‘She Was Pretty’ and saw her acting as a little girl...she really suits these roles; the immature teenage girl, I hope to see more of her soon!

I love how different Yoon-su is from Kitae. I expected him to be very outgoing based on how he acted, but he seems to be very introverted and shy. I hope to see more of him in the future, his acting was great in this show👍🏼

Kim Dong-hee is a rising star in the US. I saw him on Netflix on Extracurricular. I specifically searched for him after watching SkyCastle. Loved both rolls he played and will search for more.

Just saw the last episode of A Piece of Your Mind which Park Ju Hyun played quite a big role in. I can’t wait to see her in this now...although it sounds Extracurricular and her character in it will be A Piece of Your Minds complete opposite

This drama was absolutely amazing. I was hooked from the first episode and couldn't stop watching. Amazing job by the writers, cast and crew. One of the best Netflix series ever as far as I am concerned.
