He is a singer in a popular band Kings of Leon. Caleb Followill was born in 1982 in a very religious family. Due to this fact he had very limited access to music and could use only radio to listen to. The musician and his brother Nathan called the band in honor of their grandfather and that’s how they started moving to fame and worldwide recognition.
Caleb’s father, Ivan Leon Followill was a religious man and a preacher. He forbade everyone in a family to listen to music and watch TV unless it was something related to Jesus. Because of this fact, the kids couldn’t find out more information about things they were interested in, especially music. It all has changed when parents divorced due to Ivan’s issues with alcohol. It gave Caleb an opportunity to finally explore all kinds of music and later pursue a career in this industry.
When married to Ivan, Caleb’s mother BettyAnn was used to travel a lot along with a husband and kids. Some years after the divorce, she married Tom Murphy and has been living happily with him till present time. The mother is very close with sons, supporting them in everything and being the biggest fan.
Caleb has two brothers.
Ivan Nathan is 3 years elder and is a drummer in a band. He is married to a singer Jessie Baylin and they raise a child together.

This all turned out to be a great idea that led to successful careers for all three of them. Michael is thought to be the most handsome in a band and is very popular among fans. Caleb has been married to a Victoria’s Secret angel, Lily Aldridge since 2011. They met each other during the music festival four years before marriage and since that time began dating. Apart from being a model, she also takes part in band’s music videos.
Together they are parents to a baby-girl Dixie Pearl who was born a year after their marriage in 2012.
