Real estate is definitely the move, but you have to know what you're getting into before you do it.

Just a word of advice from someone who has gathered some wisdom over time. Don't just do real estate. You need to diversify how you make all income. Also do U.S. savings bonds and stocks. Real estate alone is not the answer.
