i bought this mixer grinder.n am not satisfied with the quality of the plastic jars.the machine is good,but the jars faded n had cracks within a year.n its expensive too.then I bought preeti mixer grinder.

Chutny banate moter ki wire ander se alag ho gayi baki attachments band kar ke rakh diye ha koi help copany kar sakti he? Bajaj food processr se kam chal raha ha jo last 10 years se kam kar raha ha. Apka chatny me he wire alag ho gaye.

Don't buy the food processor from croma. Every year you have to replace the coupler costing 500 Rs. Because the coupler is made of rubber. This is a design fault. In many other mixie machines, the coupler is made of ABS plastic. And local repair shops can repair the ABS plastic coupler in 20 Rs. And ABS not needed to replace every year.

VERY BAD COMPANY. VERY BAD PRODUCT. I bought this product last year. It was always an under performer. It's motor is not working since last one month. Despite the warranty the company is not replacing the motor.😮
