I thought Ndamukong Suh would be the person but as soon as they said the name I remembered him. His youth is no excuse for his lack of discipline and selfishness on the field.

11:17 As a Pittsburgh Steelers fan, I loved every second of this. Bout time. And the awesome part about it is, the player who laid Burfict out (Juju Smith-Shuster) was a younger player from the LA area as well. Full circle moment right there.

It’s so sad. He had the opportunity to be one of the greatest defensive players of all time. Unquestionably in terms of raw talent He is one of the most talented defensive players in the last 15 years. Unfortunately, he just couldn’t keep his head straight and stay out of trouble and use his talents the right way.

I think what can't be over-emphasized is that Antonio Brown has never been the same. It's wondered that he doesn't already have CTE triggered by that hit.

Ex Steelers WR Hines Ward would've did something about Burfict a lot sooner. He was a dirty player in his own right. He was a great WR though. You guys haven't come across a physical WR like Hines Ward, Pierre Garćon and Anquan Bolden in your mentions? When you get those physical WRs in the league, they're fun to watch.

I remember watching him clearly twisting the ankles of both Carolina's star QB and star TE. I couldn't believe he was still in the game after the first time, let alone the second time. Just lying in a pile in the end zone, trying to break a man's ankle. Twice in a single half.

The guy that made this video failed at trying to make me "understand" that his upbringing had lead him to be a douche on the field because you have to realize *(generally speaking)* that many of his teammates and opponents grew up in similar circumstances. Football is known to attract inner city talent so starting off the video by giving him sympathy when we all know his teammates and opponents have likely had it just as bad if not worse. And many of those players from the same background are now beloved role models for their communities and great ambassadors for the sport they play and the city/state they were raised in

15:00 you get paid incrementally in the NFL unless you negotiate guaranteed money upon signing. Raiders probably didn’t lose much more than the signing bonus to move him to Oakland.

I'm a Pittsburgher, and die hard Steelers fan. I have an artists painting of Smith-Schuster standing over Burfict memorializing that moment where a small amount of justice was served. Not only should that man have been thrown out of the league YEARS before he was, he should probably have been brought up on actual assault charges.

As an American that loves the NFL and recognizes it's a rough sport, there's no room for dirty players that actively seek to hurt their competition. It's f'ing unacceptable. He knew what he was doing and did it anyway. I'm glad he was put in his place since the leagues involved didn't reign him in. No room for sh@te like him.

Suh could possibly be worse. One thing they don't mention is how the Steelers are known for being dirty players for low hits to knees throughout their past. Raiders had a reputation for a while too. Burfict did get out of hand a lot, but he was also focused on a lot those years. Not defending Burfict, but there are many other players who played like that, especially in the 70', 80's, and 90's.

What shocks me is the fact that they take a young man with the background he has and expect him to behave well. Was he ever offered any counseling or anger management classes or other help? They give him millions of dollars that I'm sure he doesn't know how to manage, probably resulted in abusing drugs and/or alcohol which only made things worse, and turn him loose into a violent sport. What did they expect??? Then the Raiders take him, which was probably the worst possible team for him to go to since they historically encourage such behavior. And people expect different results? Fools.
