What would have made this video better is some subject matter expert interviews. This phenomenon isn’t specific to this woman - extreme fasters are well-documented throughout history and usually associated with heightened religiosity. There have got to be some historians, ethnographers, etc. who have made this their area of research. They may be able to offer up some insight and context around what this woman and her village are claiming.

Notice Israel isn’t talking about stopping the fighting. They’re talking about a pause in the fighting. Not a stoppage but a pause. Don’t get me wrong. I’m all for Israel defending themselves. I understand why they are angry and why they want to go get Hamas terrorist, but the US president asked for them to stop fighting the world community has asked for them to stop fighting not to just pause it and go back to it in a few weeks or days but to stop it completely, innocent civilians are dying. They said no I’m more firmly along the lines of not negotiating terrorist but when your friend tells you you need to stop fighting, you’re killing innocent people that’s when you’re supposed to listen especially when your friend has been down this path before.
