When Zion meets genuine and accountable people, he insists on they taking us step by step tru their life journey to who they are currently and that is soo inspirational coz it is real and practical to follow. But when he meets the small boys and girls that display overnight unaccountable wealth like Oseikrom sikani, Okese1, Armani and all those slay queens, all they do is bragging about their current wealth with background stories very difficult to follow. That is the sides of Zion's interviews and it gets so annoying sometimes.,,lol. Abroad, all those boys will be caught easily tru their social insurance numbers about their main sources of income.

Amazing man. However, it's not true that in the UK land comes with permits (what we call planning permission). Someone can sell with or without planning permission/permit. Whoever tries to build need to get the permit or planning permission will find it challenging. Ghanaians often think their situation is uniquely bad but its bad but they've not cornered the market in bad attitudes in business.

It not safe for people and for the property. Jealous people can take advantage of that. People can be bad. Please secured it with a secured cover eg "counter counter" if for seek that you don't want that area over heated.
