Wayne, I thoroughly enjoyed watching you with the kids. I can't quite describe the feeling but it was so wonderful seeing you tap into your inner child and bring so much joy to the kids. It felt like I was being immersed into some kind of story book about a dad that brought his kids to grandma's house. I just couldn't stop smiling from ear to ear and at times I was laughing so much. Wayne, that is so true! Each year is a different list. Going on 6 years at this property. Ist year was windows. The following year was the roof. 3rd year was the pool had a tear that we didn’t know was there. It needed new lining. The 4th year was tree removal. We took down 5 trees.. Trust me when I tell you that taking down trees ain’t cheap. This year is the kitchen Reno and more tree removal. We have a lot of trees! Every spring it’s something new!

Ivy is brilliant and beautiful. Last thing I fixed at my house was the humidifier in my AC/furnace 😩always something. That was last week. Could always be worse, so I’m still thankful.

Changing the faucets and fixtures for bathroom and kitchen. Owning one top floor in the apartment and the roof has leaking various places that messed up inside roof, costing an arm and a leg😢
