Idek tbh, there was a point last year where yt decided to ban comment sections on a bunch of channels (like SBSK) and this comment section had been closed since not too long after upload due to overwhelming comments I assume. When yt restored the comment sections of channels which needed it they must’ve restored this one by accident by using some slightly broken algorithm.
