@@gllyflower I totally agree, especially having Miles Teller playing her & Gooses kid who Maverick held back cause she wanted him to. A scene of him confronting her and Maverick would have eased the tension tween him & Maverick and fueled his anger at her more I think. I think it would just added that little bit deeper context of family dynamic, something that was never really part of Mavericks char in the original would have lent a little more realness for his desire to create one with Jennifer Connelly & daughter at the end.

I freaking LOVE Meg Ryan! Oh how I've missed her on the screen. She always puts a smile on my face. We need to see more from her. I'd like to see her to a physical comedy and action film. My unconditional love since I've felt a weirdo crushiest thoughts about her back in easter Brazil 1990 after watching JOE VERSUS THE VOLCANO with my dad..It was their wonderful 3rd character..I was only 9'aged. Nowadays closer to my 43' this passion atmosphere already faded thought the times. But I must never forget all these Meg Ryan loving experiences as happended in my life throughout that 90s.
