The ODST has to be my favorite figure by far now, the camo on the thigh plating and forearms was one of the things I loved most about the ODST

I ordered this on Amazon, and it told me that my delivery would be later than expected, and that was a week ago, so it shocks me how so many people have already gotten these! I really like this set still, and I think it’s a major upgrade from the last hornet, which was pretty bad! Stacker is nice, but getting an odst from halo 3 is awesome, and I thinks it’s the first time! Great review and keep up the awesome content!

Really awesome haul! Can't wait for 2023! The same situation with the ODSTs chestplate happened to my Mickey from the 20th Anniversary Pack and the Operation Cobra ODST Drop Pod.

I hope we get to see more sets of vehicles Mega has already done in their earllier days when they weren't so good yet. For instance, there have only ever been two Wraith sets, one being old and the other being from Halo 5. A Halo CE Spirit would be very welcome as well.

Im surprised with the astounding quality of this set! Maybe Lord Hood will hade the T peg for his hat as well since the marines have the new removable helmets. Also i think that the halo 2 and 3 removable helmets should be a little smaller, otherwise they look really odd especially the halo 2 one from the halo universe blind bags. Great vid mr. I can't wait for Amazon to fulfill my order. I've only been collecting since early this year and I'm glad I've been able to purchase every major vehicle type at retail except the wraith (they'll probably make 1 next year).

Another great review! Gonna try hunting down for at least 2 of these sets, since I did own the previous Hornet. Also I would’ve liked some form of Covenant resistance against the Hornet, like the previous Hornet having a AA grunt, and also a pilot, however that would mean that we won’t get Stacker or a Halo 3 ODST.

I was a bit disappointed with the Hornet when I first saw it but still thought it was good. But then when I got it in hand, I absolutely loved it and thought it was such a cool design!... Until the strut section kept falling off and now it doesnt hold together as well as it originally did AND the ball joints to attach the struts are starting to have bad stress marks at the base of them. This was a cool and clever and design on paper but honestly, they should have went back to the drawing board and came up with something else. Honestly, I think they should have just refined the NMPD/Lights and Sounds Hornet design and made this a 30-40 dollar set. Besides the aforementioned stability of the struts, I think the engine gimmick is a bit over the top and unnecessary. I absolutely love the minifigs however. The ODST and Sergeant Stacker is awesome. The ODST is borderline perfect and is probably gonna be one of my most favorite MCX figs ever. My only nit pick is that I wish they printed the little details and insignias on the chest. Sergeant Stacker is cool af too. I had a feeling he was gonna come in this set due to Mega's named character fetish. I would have prefered he came with a cooler weapon though like a black HI Assault Rifle. I also love the color scheme he has too and am happy that they are ditching the metallic green as this looks way better and more accurate. It would be perfect if they just straight up completely copied Marauder Johnson's color scheme though.

Actually just got my hands on this set myself, and I'm honestly loving the design of the set, and thankfully, I managed to get that windshield piece in without busting the cockpit.

Just got this set for Christmas, and I wish I had gotten it sooner. It’s a great build, and the ODST is fantastic, but sadly my Stacker’s legs won’t fit onto studs. I lost my Magnum a while back too, so it’s nice to have a new one.

Bit late but I got this set on clearance today and it's a total gem! Best hornet I've seen by far!

I'm so happy this set came with an extra minigun, I used it to replace the gun on the prototype exosuit because that one looked like a cannon

I was waiting for the comparison of the new with the old.

Took Mega long enough to make Sgt. Stacker, since he has appeared in CE,2,3,Reach, and 4.

If this set came with an grunt tahts halo 3 styled and a halo 3 brute it would be a very good because im an covenant/banished guy

im so upset that amazon delayed this and the mongoose. I was really looking forward to that odst :(( i might still just wait for amazon since i ordered 2 months ago. But its just so annoying and so disappointing i really like that odst lol In game he would have a red stripe on his helmet too maybe a couple other things like a red chest (Maybe a red chest idk) but its still a really good look for a figure. i actually prefer this look cause you can take the shoulders off and then have a non captain odst that looks really good.

Now mega is more Quality and minus pieces and This is PERFECT!!! The last Wave of sets are really detailed, and looks AWESOME for play, or in dioramas or Collections!! Thanks mega for This Quality!!! Used the extra parts from my set to make a nose gun, it looks pretty cool even if the colors don't blend well with the rest of the Hornet. Also, gotta agree with you on the engine system, it's very finicky

I like the hornet design but not the fact that only like three or two figures can ride it wait THE MAGNUM

I have this set and when I was building the skids, mine kept popping off, it took me a good 15-20 minutes to figure it out but I love this set, thats my only gripe about it.

It’s accurate to scale . I’m thankful mega is paying attention to that . Now they just need to get the figure scale right for Marines, brutes, jackals . I think Spartans and Elites are scaled fine but brutes should be at least as tall as elites . I’m not sure about the jackals they’re not huge but they’re not as small as grunts . Do you guys think they got the jackals size right ??

This set is pretty good my only complaint is the struts cause when I got my set there was 2 pieces missing for struts but other than that it's a good set

Good News I actually found the hornet with. halo universe series two with the Flood Maybe they didn't really have everything at my target but it's a good step up

yes they have have made that piece it was used non the last hornet yuo refuse to buy but i will say the thing is here is they wanted to get that diagonal downward angle that the it has in game not sure hoy the would do it with that piece

10:45 Ok so these T-pegs were a thing before this Sgt Stacker figure then? I’ve been religiously collecting Halo Mega sets since ~2012, there’s not many I don’t own starting at about the Halo 4 line till today (and many earlier ones). I however have precious little in the way of other Mega items. Kratos, T-800, Daenerys & Drogon, that’s about it. No Call of Duty stuff whatsoever. So you can probably imagine my befuddlement at seeing Sgt Stacker’s depiction in the instruction manual. I thought “….Naaaah, THAT’S not right.” But right is exactly what it was, and I’ve been trying to figure puzzle out any kind of reason as to why in the hell they ditched the perfectly sensible tiny hole and and went with a half head and massive T peg. Then I remembered: KZfaq! Demarcation Media! He’ll definitely an answer. So thanks for that friendo!

Extremely unpopular opinion. I think stacker should be riding on the side and instead of us getting a odst, we should have gotten Hocus to pilot the hornet as I somehow find her more memorable than the odsts in halo 3.

The last hornet was horrible and so basic it was almost featureless.
