That orange spear on the weapons rack, is more vintage toy acurate than the one that came with my mega construx Whiplash. That just give me another reason to get this set.

Great review! Hard to find, though. There are so many spam videos on youtube where people have just copied Mattel's news about this and then film their comments about it.

I am ok with the size of the playset, however i would had no problem paying more if the playset was larger.

Customize the kit, rebuild it...the colors and element shapes may be a bit different than the "official" set, the Play of it not so much. I built a Snake Mountain several years before the MEGA release, and the Price-To-Parts count would be crazy if released but is better at scale to the Minifigures. The Slime Pit has gone thru many modifications.

I enjoy the notes about customization and real criticism in your reveals. Questions...the last few years of released MCX kits (MOTU and any theme)... has there been any Clutch/Grip issues with any of the elements? Years past, some quality control issues hit a specific joint/articulation point of some Minifigures a/o elements (usually in one color, of all sizes/parts). The Bloks of the MOTU look wet or have a shine, looks like the formula of the plastic is different and not so much the colors. What say you? Other than the price of Gold, the scale of this kit is not appropriate. As a new fan of this theme AND sick of waiting for a kit release, I have built most of the theme (MANY times) using my MEGA stock of elements. The time between the video reveal drops is unimportant. The QUALITY of your channel, and nowadays a good library stock, is everything. One channel I know only shows the Parts and Building information, and it goes darn well with the format you provide.

Hi. I noticed slight stress in the hands in the figures released AFTER they changed the logo design (orange to blue) and box art ( example: Snake Mountain, Eternia ). The only exception is Ram Man. He does not show this to me when I give him a weapon. The only time I noticed a glossy or brick issue was with Land Shark. I heard something about how the main factory location has changed in-between the release of Castle Grayskull and Snake Mountain. I fear because of this, there might be a quality issue with the re-issue of Castle Grayskull, but this is only a speculation. Thanks for your channel support and comments. 👍
