It's nice to see you're clearly having so much fun. More interesting though, was seeing how careful you were to be safe on your solo trip. Life jacket on in the boat, anchoring securely, protecting the paddle board, taking care not to break your rod, awareness of tricky footing, etc. Good on you. Felt like I was right there with you!

Hi Joe Hi Legend BUT PLEASE… read this… you never know… As I am following other fishermen, who anchor their boat , just like you , and go ashore temporary , just like you , I have suggested the same mooring as I will to you , as I have sent them the very same message… I am to believe that you know what is a “ running mooring “. Basically, instead of a rope from boat to anchor at the stern and instead of a rope from boat to hook at the bow , you tie your boat to a mooring which has a circular shape , passing through a ring at the end of the anchor rope and , passing through the ring of the hook rope . If it makes sense to you, then you can understand that once anchored and hooked , if you pull the length rope which is floating between the anchor and the hook, you will be pulling yourself towards the rocks. Once there , pull the same rope to pull the boat away. When you’re ready, pull the boat back towards you… I’d like to say “simple innit “????!!! Waiting to hear from you…😂😂😂💪💪💪🫣🫣🫣🤔🤔🤔
