Just put the jaw breaker in a bag (or two) and use a crowbar or sledgehammer to break it, that's how my brother and I did it as kids. My dad used to work construction and has a boatload of tools from a variety of jobs so sledge hammer and crowbar were easy for us to get ahold of, really just needs to be something solid and heavy you can lift up and drop onto it (make sure you remove all the air first so the bag doesn't explode when you drop the thing on it
