8) Turbo Man - Noise Crush
9) Bass - Thunder Bolt
10) Guts Man G - Slash Claw
11) Bass and Treble - Super Adapter
12) Gameriser - Wild Coil
13) Hannya NED - Slash Claw / Junk Shield
14) Wily Machine No. 7 - Thunder Bolt
15) Wily Capsule - Freeze Cracker

You forgot the modified Guts Man… which is also weak to the slash claw. The clown robot is also weak to the danger wrap.

Although harder to hit. Both Burst Man and Slash Man have a second weakness. Turbo Man's weapon also stuns both and they are weak to it

For Burst Man you can use Freeze Man's weapon or the better one Turbo Man instead which will burn and stun him. Freeze Cracker is most useful on Slash Man instead, For the clown boss the most useful is Burst Man weapon.

Why? Slash claw cuts the coils in spring man and springs are the only thing that can get him airborne. (plus Megaman version has explosives in the ends while Spring man has spikes)
