The voice sounds so metallic it’s perfect

Something I appreciate about this song, is of the robot master songs (Metal, Wood, and Snake) Metal Man is the only one to call Mega Man by name. Snake Man says "you", Wood Man says "Blue Bomber" and Metal Man says "Mega Man" which makes it feel personal. Like the realization that his purpose in life is to destroy Mega Man, their fight is personal, while the others are more "business" and I hope it stays that way in any future robot master songs (except for Bass, if he counts as a Robot Master)

1:40 I recognized the opening to Cannonball (Omega Zero's theme) from Megaman Zero 3 in the vocals. It would be awesome if we could get a fully lyrical version of that song.

These lyrics made me realize something. The fact that Metal Man's weapon is so powerful, is because he's probably one of the strongest robots you encounter. Think about it. He is entirely designed around killing other robots and repurposing their parts. He genuinely is a robot built for destruction and war, and nothing else. I doubt Wily even had to make any changes to make him combat worthy, because under this context, he was probably a fucking maverick hunter before being taken over.

This is genius on so many levels.

Some lines felt a little forced in, but pretty cool! MM always seemed a bit too 'simple' in my eyes, but you (as you often do) managed to transform/refine the character without changing his core - now he really seems a cut above the rest!. I know a full collection of Megaman isn't possible for a while, but the full 8 of this generation done their own ways could be terrific.

If you know a lot of Classic Mega Man lore or saw the Archie Comics, they mention how Dr. Wily made the Mega Man 2 Robot Masters for combat, rather than the industrial uses of Dr. Light's Mega Man 1 Robot Masters, and the viciousness of these lyrics help contrast the designs of war machines of MM2's Robot Masters so much!

Those are some really creative lyrics, definitely gives Metal Man quite a lot of character. That said, it doesnt feel like the vocals goes on the same tone as the instruments. Like, both are decent enough on their own, but the vocals sounds like they would fit better with a more electro-ish melody much like the instruments seem to go for rock.
