The fact that they were able to program Omega from FFV with all of its attacks is utterly mind blowing.

Played this back in 9th grade, it was dope. Glad to see it getting attention to this day

I like how some of the bosses seemed to be inspired by other attack patterns. For example, Bright Man uses Kine's light bulbs from Kirby's Dreamland 2, the Square Maschine copying Serges from Megaman X2 and Super Shadow Man completly goes Hidden Phantom.

This is beyond awesome. Also, noticed how Wave Man's attacks...at times are a nod to the identically named Wave Man from Mega Man 3 (DOS) (that and Dr Wily shooting those green "bar" lasers in his last form) Also loved all the surprise twists and turns. And the appearence of that Sphinx in Pharoah Man's level (actually, it was SUPPOSED to be in the original Mega Man 4, it didn't make the final version, but it was recycled for Uranus's level in Mega Man V (Game Boy) I wonder where all the pieces of music in the game came from? (Drill man's level here, it reminds me of that equestrian music from Summer Games II. And I like how one of the bosses has Final Fantasy V fight music, and even Mega Man doing the "victory" thing with his arms while the victory music from the earlier FF games plays)

Thanks so much for all the nostalgia. I played Mega Man so much as a kid.. ahhh.. simpler times, when a simple game could consume you for hours on end.

I like how Mothraya is just a bullet hell boss, complete with Mega Man having the hitbox the size of an ant

It made me laugh listening to F-ZERO X's "Dream Chaser" music at the beginning.

Shadowman managed to be the most annoying anti-hero next to protoman in this hack and I loved that.

No lemons were harmed in the making of this video… but man did they inflict a lot of damage.
