I love these new Omega bosses! I've taken out 6 of them so far, and I've almost perfected Yoku Man Omega.

WhirlpoolMan Ω does more mine passes and faster. with a shorter delay between them. His vacuum is also stronger. Also, his Diffusion Mines have 1 more HP and their spread shots go faster.

I feel like these Robot Masters were granted a slight taste of Omega's power.

My personal rankings for each omega boss on a 1-10 scale (no damage, no charge shots): Yo-yo (1) Glue (2) Yoku (2.5) Tank (4) Jet (4) Rainbow (4.5) Trinitro (5.5) Comet (6.5) Whirlpool (9) Nail (Can't give him a rating. He defies the entire scale. But for the sake of humor, I'll give him a 27.) Nail Man is miles above the others as far as no damage is concerned. He is HEAVILY weighted in RNG compared to the rest and is the only one for which I have not found a concrete strategy for. I don't think it's possible to have a strategy for him, and if you can prove me wrong, then I will shower you with an unholy amount of thanks. Quick Man, Shadow Man, Slash Man, Burner Man, and Charade Man shit their pants at the mere sight of this guy. It's possibly the hardest boss I've ever had to perfect run in a Mega Man game, especially without charged shots. Where he jumps, where the nails fall, where and when the GODFORSAKEN upside down nail falls, what attack he uses after the nail rain, it's all critical to a flawless battle, and they are all random. One thing I CAN guarantee though, is that the upside down nail is going to be responsible for at least 80% of your failures in some way. It can corner you so easily it's stupid, and if you get cornered, there is a 99% your run is ruined. It reminds me of the "tomato goo" in Slash Man's fight; one tiny thing that turns a simple battle into a nightmare. To drive this home, I managed to perfect run all of the bosses except him in about a day's time of the update. (Feel free to ask for tips). Nail Man delayed the accomplishment by more than a week. I caved and used charge shots against him. I had no choice. I legitimately believe I would have never done it otherwise. The other 9 battles are awesome. (Minus the carpel tunnel from Whirlpool Man, use charge shots unless you want to sacrifice your left index finger.) Nail Man's battle, though? Completely terrible. This battle made me despise the invincibility he gets during the body stab attack. It doesn't even make sense from a logical standpoint and every damn hit counts in that battle. Rant over.

If someone were to Perfect Run RainbowMan Ω, Well... say goodbye to their sanity.

These bosses are awesome! Not the typical fanmade shit you find everywhere... good graphics, cool moves and when I see rainbow man tough too!

A few things id thought worth sharing in my game 1. The Omega boss fight theme is the normal boss theme 2. Rainbow's theme isnt like that

I like calling the buster Mega Man has (because of the design on the charge shot) the Ultra Mega Buster.

Never has the "damage taken" sound been more appropriate than for when Mega Man gets hit by Glue Man. OUCH. Also, Whirlpool Man has silly court jester shoes.

Now imagine if the full game would have a hard mode which includes omega bosses, harder version of normal enemies and maybe a few changes in level designs!

Yeah, Omega Rainbow Man is the hardest one next to Omega Nail Man. His pattern is unpredictable, you don't know if he will jump or run across the arena and you got a small window to react to which one he does.

You can negate Tankman's fakeout move by standing near him before Tankman moves

Comet Woman's fight is almost a megaman version of Chen's fight from touhou. at least in my opinion...

Rainbow Man omega was a pain in the ass. (most of omega robot masters took 10-15 mins, but Rainbow Man took 25 and Yo-Yo Man took 7)

well that Hard Mode to Ω for ya. They look much harder then the Rock Force Robot Masters.

After the 2nd turn vs. them (the first rematch) this is the difficulty order (easiest to hardest) 1) Jet Man - Maybe you won't believe me but it's simple: don't care about the bomb raid but try to avoid all other attacks, especially Jet Man himsel. 2) Yo-Yo Man - His place is suprising bc the normal version of him is one of the harder fights but here, he's not much harder than the original, so he's the 2nd easiest IMO 3) Tank Man - The main difference: he shoots a lot more, about double of the original one. It's not as hard as it sounds bc the non tank arsenal attacks are similar to avoid like the original, but the tank arsenal is a bit tricky to avoid. The dodge pattern will be figured out quickly 4) Trinitro Man - The nitro blast didn't get much deadlier, imo it's easier to dodge than the original one. However, Trinitro Man himself is faster and he blows up (along with you) after 1 shot on his head 5) - 8) (tie) - Comet Woman - She's rather a luck fight. The orbit shots block charge shots easily, so it's preferred to attack her with regular shoots usually. Also, when it's comet dash, slide to the wall and jump over it. (at least it is my tactic) - Yoku Man - He's a luck fight too. People say he's not that hard. Well, the only thing makes he very hard are the yoku spikes. They spam faster so if you stuck on the bottom, you're pretty much dead. But if you can get up on yoku blocks with no problem, you shouldn't have much trouble. - Whirlpool Man - He's not too different aside from the stronger mines, stronger vaacum and faster speed. The tactic is same, only the execution has to be better. - Glue Man - The multiple amount of glue shots makes the fight harder but if you don't move much and catch his pattern, you should be okay. 9) Nail Man - The nails drop for way too long. Also, the fight itself is very long too. This one is a 90% percent fight. 10) Rainbow Man - Oh man, you knew he's coming I guess. He's unpredictable and his attacks would be hard to dodge with a predictable pattern too.

Ok, About the Ω Weapons are they different then the Original Weapon?

Only managed to beat Yoku man and boy, I don't think I can ever beat Glue Man. Never was great with the quick bosses. But still, pretty fun update, Can't wait to get Comet and Rainbow down though, Their weapons having more ammo means for an interesting second run.

Mad skills... For me, the original game was very tough. Esp Yoku Man and Glue Man. Is there some sort of reward for beating any of the challenges? (other than the check mark next to their omega name).
