I borrowed a friend's phone and intended this to be a duo ... an easy duo! lol A party was created prior to the raid but was not meant to be used for the raid. I anchored both teams with a Mega Rayquaza. I figured with 5 level 50 Shadow Mamoswine plus the "primal attack boost" from our Mega Rayquaza, it would be a pretty easy duo. While waiting in the lobby, an unexpected player joined. After the raid started, I quickly realized this was not going to be an easy raid even with three players. Thanks to the visual indicator, I remembered the party that was created. It became difficult trying to keep up with both teams as well as analyzing our performance to determine if we really had a chance.
After I saw what time Mega Rayquaza was flipped in the yellow, I felt less stressed as there was enough buffer for us to win ... though not by much. lol What helped with the win was Mega Rayquaza having Aerial Ace and not Outrage. Even with the significant damage from Aerial Ace, Outrage would have fainted Mamoswine with one hit.
Really glad we had the party created before the raid. If I need we would need it, I would have went with ice types with 1 bar moves.
