The entire story is a huge shitstorm, and it was definitely an experience to actually be there as a guest vendor. Just holy shit man. There's a lot of misinformation out there, but I don't think it's really worth fighting to defend anymore. I went to Dashcon without a tumblr, and never got to go in the ballpit. What people need to realize with this kind of stuff, like with the potato salad guy, it is nobody's fault but your own for being stupid enough to donate without the full details, or, in the case of the potato salad guy, if you donate to something like that, it's for pure fucking laughs, don't get pissed off 'cause you didn't think of it.
