I got my Steam Deck about a week ago, and hilariously I've used it almost exclusively to emulate PS1/GBA/DS games that I haven't played in decades. It runs a custom Linux distribution that's sort of locked down out of the box, but it's also apparently very easy to load it with Windows instead. The modern games I've tried on it so far have under performed slightly (Elden Ring, Control) but by tweaking the graphics settings some I was able to get a pretty stable 40-50 fps out of them. These things should get better over time as they patch and optimize the operating system, though.

Rocko should buy Forza Horizon 5 from steam, its the first racing car sim/game Ive ever played, and its arcade-y enough for beginners and deep/customizable enough for sim racer enthusiasts. Plus its just a beautiful game. I really recommend it, and i was really burned out on shooters and FH5 gave me excitement in gaming once again
