It is a resource pack and you can find it here: vanillatweaks.net/picker/resource-packs/ It is in the "Utility" section and it is called "Noteblock Banners". There is a guide on the website showing you how to install it. Hope this helps :)

Yeah, normally I do the noteblocks first but for this tutorial I thought it might be easier to do the repeaters first. Probably going to stick to noteblocks first in the future.
