IIRC I believe you need all the stars, including the star for the standard cards. The lunar knights V3 cards are only obtainable through getting the extra folders, that the lunar knight brothers will give to you once you level up their brotherband enough, I don't remember which level but I think it's between 30-35 or a bit more than that. I believe any of them can give you the folders but i'm not a 100% sure, but I remember the level requirement being low enough that it shouldn't, be too much of a hassle to get to. That should fill up your library which should give you the standard cards star. And I think you need to beat andromeda infinity at least once, and then the giant hertz should be there at the end of deepspace3 offering the boss rush.
