Ok then, THIS is now where Megamind ends. Him learning to not just be a hero, but to be himself. Well written, well animated, and a definite end for the franchise. Nothing exists after this. Unrelated, but not only is the end joke with the kids & the dehydration gun at 10:44 just funny, but it's also a perfect set-up for a show; THIS, having Megamind sell his "villainous" objects only to want to retrieve them, deal with the ones who own them, & maybe even downright help them if possible, would be the perfect concept for the Megamind cartoon.. But with the so called sequel, I'm afraid this won't be the case.

Man, Megamind is way more expressive here. That new Megamind seems like his eyelids can only widen so far and he can't pull off the same facial expressions that make him so lovable as a character.

Really highlights the importance of good rigging. It’s why for the sequel to Ice Age (No matter how you think of that movie) has better facial animation for the main cast than the first movie, because the director of the sequel wanted to specifically improve the facial animation and expressions the characters could do and so had the character facial rigs rebuilt to allow for more expression and genuine emotion.
