A large majority of the acting is laughable even for soap operas and the storylines are either boring as hell or are insanely predictable and pointless (eg. Tyrone’s affair with Alaina, he breaks up with Fiz, Fiz moves on, Tyrone becomes jealous, they’ll eventually get back together)

No it was just a nice Christmas episode for once instead of a depressing one where someone dies. Which is unusual for soaps.

@@user-zw2hn9eu1l I agree to be honest I’m actually quite fed up of the characters having a hard time on Coronation Street or one of them getting killed so this was actually quite nice actually

Also if you want to see some action and devastating episodes of Coronation Street then watch the Super Soap Week episodes that were filmed in October 2021 as they scared the life out of me so if you want some action and some scary episodes then go watch that or find something else to watch
