I used to live in Bangalore two years back and my go to biryani was Meghana biryani every single time I craved biryani…Now I live in USA, and I made this biryani today and followed this recipe (with the addition of curry patta in the paneer gravy) and it turned out amazing 🥰 I love it ❤ Thank you so much 😊

I think and suspect the meghna Foods guys use something extra to get an additional taste. If you listen to your stomach carefully after eating that hopefully one can notice, i have stopped eating it from hotel. Thanks for the recipe ❤

It was exactly like meghana's biryani. But ya it took way too long btw 😂to get it done but it was worth the while

The texture i got..But after adding curd somewhat the taste changed for me..I used black peper instead white is this the reason?

Thank you so much for trying, It could be the pepper, but make sure your curd is not sour. If the curd is sour, it will change the taste.

Why can't people just write the ingredients at one place, description...or somewhere in the video , stupid video , have to scrape through the whole video to just get some basic detail, maybe recipe is nice but still stupid way to tell a recipe
