This song brings me peace. My boyfriend died almost 2 years ago in his sleep. I had a very hard time with his death, but the one thing I did know is that I loved him every day like I was going to lose him. He passed knowing that I loved him more than I loved myself. Every time I hear this song I can't help but smile, because I did just that.

Loved this song the moment it was released, and it became my go-to song every time we went to karaoke. Sang this song with my boyfriend on Feb 14, 2020 (we weren't dating at that time, just plain co-workers), and then we started our relationship on the same year, July 10. This song really hits hard. Love is not just about couples. It is about friends, family, pets, things, ourselves and everything around us that we shouldn't take for granted. ❤I was listening to this song while on the highway. I was in a bus for 7-8 hours. The highway was bumpy and unsafe... It really hit hard then. I knew all my friends were with me and I could imagine the pain of crashing/losing everything. Until now, this song still reminds me of that terrifying journey. Love how this song is not about breakups and so on, but more on our everyday life. ❤

I don't want to be sad, but I've played it over and over to memorize the words... because I don't want to forget just how precious life is and it can indeed be gone in the blink of an eye. I am thankful everyday I still have my mother, even in her ill health. This song helps me to remember to love all the people I love like I'm gonna lose them, and hold them like I'm saying goodbye. I know if I do that, I'll never regret it when they are gone.
