What I really love about Dr Fate , Firestorm and the Red Tornado is that it also brings me nostalgia from the kenner superpowers line.

Great episode. I just ordered Two Face from movie posters; they all look good. I must say Dead Man & Dr. Fate could be a future purchase. I hope Mego keep making these figures. Fantastic.!

It’s always a pleasure to see you at the museum my museum !!! Movie Posters Etc is the best !!!! Two Face is so beautifully made, not to mention he’s got the coolest suit hahaha !!! Dr. Fate and Dead Man are both worth adding to your collection

Awwww….YEAH! Nightwing - Nice looking figure, but I’m a purist with the 50th anniversary line. I prefer characters circa 1972-1978. Dr. Fate - One of my most wanted as a kid. Nice job of navigating the yellow/gold dilemma with the helmet. Not crazy about the belt. Would have rather had the trunks ride up higher with a strategically placed buckle, but that’s a minor nitpick. Brainiac - May be the sleeper hit of the wave for me. I need to pick him up. Firestorm - My favorite of the wave. Beautifully done. Red Tornado - My second favorite of the wave. Deadman - Turned out much better than I expected. I wasn’t crazy about the prototype. Bizzaro - I’m more of a Silver Age Bizzaro guy, with a goofier face and the traditional red and blue, but it is a nice figure. Very impressive wave!

Marvelous breakdown of these beautiful figures !!!! Night Wing is one of my favorites and Brainiac is definitely beautifully done !!! Firestorm is just so amazing !!! I agree with you about Dr. Fate too !!! I wasn’t sure how they would pull off the yellow/gold combo for his helmet but it came out beautifully !!!!

@@m.i.bmastertoymuseum1979 they already have a start with Nightwing if they want to do the Fab 5 as independent agents as they are now. It shouldn't be too hard to come up with designs for Tempest, Troia, Wally-Flash and Arsenal...and they can easily use Roy's 90's purple Arsenal design as a 70's throwback, then just use JL:TAS for Wally Flash and all Donna and Garth really require is a black and white repaint of the Wonder Girl suit and silver accents while all they really have to do for Garth is make Aquaman's old blue suit red...insert 1959 Sleeping Beauty joke here. Then they can expand the team. BB, Kori, Vic, Raven, Hawk, Dove, Omen, Bette Kane as Flamebird, Duela Dent, Golden Eagle, Caveboy (Gnarrk), Bumblebee, Herald and Jericho would be the full set...oh and go ahead and throw in Babs and Kara too!

Favorite??? They are all so cool! I do lean toward Dr. Fate, Deadman & Bizarro tied for 1st, remaining figs 2nd. I actually was around and had so many figures when Mego put their super hero line out in the 70’s. These are so spot on!!! The figures, the packaging, artwork, perfection!

Dr. Fate and Deadman along with Bizarro are definitely some of my favorites too !! Growing up in the 1970’s was the best time to be a kid !! We had the best toys

I like all of them. I haven't ordered these yet, but I plan on it. I do prefer the box over the card because I do take the figures out. I want to play with them. 😆 Can't wait for the Marvel line. I also love that we are getting more villains. We need Cheetah for WonderWoman.

Mego 50th anniversary wave 18 is super beautiful and my favorite is the Doctor Fate the colors really pop and most epic museum on the face of the Earth you are absolute Rock Solid epic awesome and I like them in the box it's the whole total package epic

I am gonna get that Nightwing figure 8 inch I just got the Red son superman 8 inch and batman beyond last week and to be honest I can't stop playing with Mego Red son superman 8 inch figure it's very fun to play with I didn't get to batman beyond yet but I will Deathstroke is next to get and Red hood green lantern superman and bizarro.

I received my set today rather than Monday from MPE. Enjoying them all. A bit disappointed in Two Face. Head sculpt is excellent, but not too fond of the suit.

That’s so cool !!!! Movie Posters Etc is the absolute best in the business !!!! I love all of these beautiful figures and I haven’t received my Two face yet, but I’m hearing that collectors are not happy with the suit. I will let you know my thoughts when I see it in person, I liked the prototype of his suit, I wonder why they changed it ?

Nightwing is terrible. From the figure to the box. Way too cheap looking. I'd say Red Tornado is the best of these.

Oh no, I love the Nightwing figure, I do agree with you about the uniform. I think that they were going for a 70’s retro style box look with the packaging. Remember, in the 1970’s as kids we couldn’t care less about the packaging. The only thing that the packaging served was to quickly catch our eyes in the toy store

Speak for yourself. The packaging was always a part of it for me. Especially with The Micronauts and other Mego figures. :P The Nightwing has a Robin head with a poorly painted mask over the sculpted Robin mask. It looks like a bad custom. I stand my what I said. ;) @@m.i.bmastertoymuseum1979
