Fails like that are part of why I hate how the TCG currently handles translations for non-English versions. The English translations from the Japanese curse all of us along with you.

I like how: Morning Star is a machine because its man-made and completely ruled by its corrupted programming. Then the Mekk-Knights develop minds of their own and free will so they become psychics. And finally Spectrum Supreme combines the collective thoughts of all 7 original Mekk-Knights into one brain, so it's cyberse...because it's a neural network.

When you jam everything into 3 zones in duel links and the fact that traps and quick play spells are the staples instead of hand traps, it's impossible to play around mekk zones

Mekk-Knights are one of my favorite archetypes of all time; they have so many cool, greatly impactful ideas and cards, and one of them just so happens to be my favorite Mekk-Knight and one of my favorite cards of all time - Mekk-Knight Purple Nightfall. I LOVE temporary banish effects because of all the different applications you can use them for. Nightfall’s is especially astounding because it lasts until a Standby Phase, not an End Phase, AND it’s not limited to just itself, AND it gets you a free search in the process! How radical is all of that?!

Combo secrets and Indigo Eclipse and you have 2 negates on your sleeve. Activate secrets to revive Indigo Eclipse to negate a monster effect. Then if your opponent activates another monster effect from a different column, activate indigo eclipse to move itself to the same column as that monster so that secrets continuous effect kicks in to negate it

also, other than Alister, there is Knightmare corruptor Iblee, u summon it, link it off to almiraj, then summon iblee from grave to your opponent MMZ on almiraj colum, sure it gives the opponent a free body but it locks your opponent on special summon into link summon, also it sets up for Blue sky to get a +1

I LOOOOOOVE this archtype. It's fun, powerful and the LOREEEEE. My favorite HAS to be Purple, since because how much it enables you to do. But moveman is great as well. There's a few tips I can give. Something interesting about Indigo Eclipse is that its effect is a SOFT once per turn, so if you manage to get two of them, you can enable a lot of shenanigans, especially if you have all three of the Continuous cards, turning every Mekk-Knight into an OMNINEGATE! Key is also a pretty handy search out of World Chalice, since you can get that Chalice again for a discard for anything, enabling to search AGAIN. You can also use it to recover any monster banished by Red, Yellow and Purple and, if you haven't summoned it that turn, free body. Purple can ALSO be used to make ALL your Mekk-Knights dodge targetted effects with its effects. HOWEVER, Blue needs to stay on the field for its effect to resolve, so avoid banishing it, even if it is tempting to make it avoid an Imperm. I do also have a silly tech pick: Two Toads and One Sting. By itself, it can set a column and, while it does give your opponent a monster, it will be with its effects negated. You won't be able to attack it, but nothing is stopping you from sending the equip to the grave with Spectrum Supreme and get ANOTHER Mekk-Knight from deck. And, if your opponent is foolish enough to use that monster as a material for another monster, you can steal it permanently. Seriously. This deck is a lot of fun and I think I'll buy three Traptrix structures for the sake of three Blues and three Purples, as well as the other staples.

Yes, those two were the most expensive cards in a Mekk Knight deck... don't ask me why I know. Cheap common reprints makes the deck much cheaper.

One of my 4 Pet Decks and honestly the best I will bring to locals or higher besides Rikka. Unless Ghostrick or Zombies ever get relevent support. After all there Gameplan is quiet future proofed. As long as the meta revolves around activating cards on the field ( so basicly anything but Tear 0 meta ) the shiny Gayparade simply works. Who would have thought that a deck with searchable pseudo Skill Drain, Royal Dercee and Imperial Order can be quiet powerfull. Also in terms of Tech cards Knightmare Corrupter Iblee is surprisingly good. Link Iblee of with Almiraj or Linguriboh aganst Trapdecks turn 2+ and you get a free Mekk-Column thanks to Iblee summoning themself to the opponents sides in which Blue Sky can search in. At the same time you insulate yourself from Imperm, Nibiru and Gamma and also lock any non-Link decks. I mean to be fair Branded wants to Ra`s Disciple lock me so I gonna Iblee lock them in return.

About Girsu, you can also use him to send World Legacy Armor, make Lib, set succession, and then use Succession to summon Armor and get any of your spells/traps

Don't forget, when you activate Red Moon's effect, you have to yell "Flaaaaaaame Shot!" Also his attack, "Blazing Dynamoooooo!"

alongside Chalice, World Armor is an excellent choice to go with Girsu/Lib line, since it's an immediate search on summon. As for silly tech choice, Wattkinetic Puppeteer is reversed Moveman in hand trap form.

Orange sunset isn't useless. Pair it up with Sangan into Almiraj and you have a one card morning star

You typically don't play Orange even if you play Sangan. It usually searches Chalice, Santa Claws, or a handtrap

The fact Purple can banish itself for a turn makes it occupy the same space in my head as cards like Redoer and DPE, the search off it is good but it almost feels like a catch due to how running out of targets disables the dodging application. Mekk-Knights are very cool how they're up there with cards like Gorz for the impact they've had on how people play the game, while also being an entire archetype of column-based Cyber Dragons. They added an actually meaningful way to punish neglecting column mechanics that doesn't rely on the presence of Link monsters. It's also cool how their Knightmare counterparts retain the Mekk-Knight's features, like Unicorn having Yellow Star's wings, Mermaid having Moveman's ring chair etc.

Orange actually pairs really well with indigo if your opponent's board is sparse. If you can make just 1 mekk knight column you can special summon indigo, use indigo's ability to move itself to one of the other columns, special in orange in defense to get that 3000 def wall, kill the monster with indigo, now a monster has left orange's column, special in any other mekk knight in your hand. Helpful if your opponent has caught wise and is keeping you from getting mekk knight columns, or if you get a hand with no spell or trap cards to facilitate making mekk knight columns

Avramax in Pendulum Deck go burr... (Seriously, 2+ monsters special summoned from the Extra Deck.) Almost makes it too easy to summon.

I main Mekk Knights, and a cool tech you didnt mention is the World Armor and World Lance. Basically, use Girsu turn 1 (to send world armor to GY, then make the tokens) to make Lib, then use Lib to get Succession. Use Succession to bring out World Armor, use World Armor to search for Memory. Use Memory to bring out Purple. And the line continues. It’s really nutty. Then late game, you can use Lance as a pseudo Girsu to make more columns, and as a really good protect card, bringing the ATK of a card in DMG calc -3k. Also Armor has an effect to tribute itself and bounce both the attacking card and itself back to hand. Both very helpful

8:23 You can also use this effect to extend further with your own removal, be it a Knightmare Phoenix, Unicorn, or even Cerberus (perhaps popping your opponent's token you previously gave them with Girsu). That the card in Sunset's column can leave the field by any means really gives you a lot of options (from targeted destruction to Kaijus, who also happen to help with column setup), although it is pretty limiting that Sunset is only triggered by cards in his own column leaving the field, no just in the column of any of your Mekk-Knight monsters.

The Best Part of Girsu is how he lets you Set up for Avramax/ Your Lockdown by sending World Armour and then going into Both Lib the World Key Blademaster and of Morning Star

Pinpoint Landing is a very nice 1 of in Mekk Knights since it’s a continuous Spell that helps set up a column and gets you a free draw every turn.

Ive tinkered with Mekk Knights since Exfo, theyre one of my favorite decks / archetypes. Some other options to consider : Orcust cymbal skeleton x1-2, a Galatea, and Dingirsu works with Girsu. Capshell into Almiraj / Linkuriboh. Iperia into Almiraj. Iblee into Almiraj / Linguriboh. Pinpoint Landing for extra draws and you can chain block your Blue / Purple searches. Black Luster Solider link can fit in the deck well like World Gears. Pankratops, Alpha Master of Beasts, Fleurdelis, Sage de Fleur, Miradora. Danger Bigfoot, thunderbird, nessie for 8s and 7s. Tenyi vishuda and ashuna into Monk of the Tenyi, or ETele into Ghost Ogre for Barrone, Chengying or Longyuan. The aforementioned lv7 and 8 kaijus. Number 38, 62, etc, Red Eyes Flare Metal Dragon. Lv8 synchros you've got Borreload Savage and Dragite -if you've got a gameciel in grave to make its negate live, lv9 shen shen. IPs great pairing with Avramax as mentioned. In archetype you want 2 Morning Star, 1 Spectrum, 1 Avramax. Side note there are still people who don't know how Morning Stars battle protection works, spectrums abilities and ip-avramas immunity and atk gaining.

I just want to mention: it is possible to pull in one turn the secondary effect of the field spell, You only need girsu and purple or blue in your starting hand, as garnets, world legacy succesion and world legacy armor, in the extra deck the 3 mekks and lib and in Main deck other mekk than purple or blue nada the world legacy key. It can be easily interrupted and nowadays can be Even worse against certain decks that uses a Lot of extra deck foder, but it is fun, specially if You are doing this through a maxx c and You see half their deck going to graveyard with allá his extra.... I won that Game cause i manage to keep My avramax on field
