Hello, everyone! I am Mel Rose and for today’s video is about how I cook some leftovers veggies without using cooking oil. 🤣😂 This dish I made; I called it LASWANG REPOLYO 🫢🙃. Ingredients:
2 pieces Cabbages (repolyo)
1/2 Squash (kalabasa)
3 pieces Sponge Gourd (patola)
1 piece Onion
2 pieces Tomatoes
2 cups of water
1 Knorr Pork Cube
Ground Pepper & Salt
HOW TO PREPARE & COOK:
•Prepare your cooking pot and stove or kalan.
•Wash the vegetables before cutting them.
•After cutting all the ingredients, open your stove and pre-heat your cooking pot that you will use.
•Add 2 cups of water and add the sliced tomatoes and onion first.
•Also, add pinch of salt and ground pepper.
•You can add the knorr pork cube too and let it boils for 2 minutes.
•Don’t forget to cover your pot while waiting.
•Upon boiling you can add the sliced squash or the kalabasa.
•After 2 minutes, you can add the sliced sponge gourd or the patola and let it boils for 1 minute, also set your fire to medium heat.
•Lastly, you can add the sliced cabbages or the repolyo and boils it for 45 seconds.
•Then serve it with bagoong or any sidedish that you want.
P.S. YOU CAN USE GINILING IN THIS DISH TOO, BUT FOR ME; IWAS MUNA SA OILY FOODS. 🤪🥸
