The Jonathan Ross Show is a British chat show presented by Jonathan Ross. It was first broadcast on ITV on 3 September 2011 - in the late Saturday evening timeslot - following the conclusion of Ross' BBC One chat show, Friday Night with Jonathan Ross, in July 2010.
The show is filmed at The London Studios. In November 2011, it was announced that Ross had signed a new two-year contract to host another two series of 10 episodes each and a Christmas special.

Yeah, I agree with you. However, I think that the JCSS songs are strong enough to be performed in pretty much any setting. And by that I mean just the songs. Of course the best way to experience this musical, is to see (and hear) the full-blown stage production in all its glory. But I also think that if the performers are good enough, they could sing in front of 2 people and those 2 people would still get the chills. And frankly, that didn't happen for me this time.

It;s the same as X factor or Idol. Just the prize is a role in a musical. They did something similar for The Sound of Music and The Wizard of oz- but with women.

I agree. Wasn't blown away by any of their performances here. She was slightly better live at the arena (though still not great), Forster was very good, Minchin was great. None were outstanding. This stage was way too small for this song, and the arena was too big. Somewhere in between, please!

OK. But it's too bad that they chose THIS lineup to perform it with! I'll take Yvonne Elliman's rendition over Sporty's nasal whine anyday!
