I've been trying to see Melanie again since 2020 when I had the tickets to the K-12 tour and then it was canceled because of Covid, then I couldn't get tickets to the PORTALS tour because it sold out too fast and only lawn seating was left which I felt wasn't worth it, and now that I finally had tickets to see her again it gets moved to a date that I can't make it to because it conflicts with my work schedule and the schedules of my friends that I bought tickets for 😭💔

Had vip tickets to my all time favorite band Evanescence for December of 2021. Show got rescheduled due to someone (rumor being Amy Lee herself) getting covid. Show was rescheduled for same venue, about a month later. I live in Alaska 😭 honestly there was nothing I could do except cry in the moment, then work extra hours in the weeks leading up to the show and fly out there again. It was brutal but was worth it to finally see my favorite band. 😭 my heart aches for you Favour. Best of luck with getting to go.

I really feel for the amount of fans who will have lost so much money on tickets, transport and hotels. Moving it forward to a weekday is wild! In the UK I’ve never heard of an arena double booking. That’s not a good enough reason. In rare circumstances like covid or the artist is too sick, usually our events are pushed back 6 months, same day and enough time to rebook everything.

the same thing happened to me with rihanna diamonds world tour. I remember the nets one and advanced to some thing and she changed it to the middle of the week. Me and all my friends had a hotel bar done everything. we had to go spend the weekend in Brooklyn and find shit to do because the hotel was nonrefundable and then come back to the city a few days later to go to the concert. They need to start making concert only arenas lol
